At Orange Blossom Retreats, each retreat is intentionally intimate and thoughtfully curated. Because accommodations, dining experiences, wellness services, and retreat programming are reserved in advance, we are unable to offer full refunds for cancellations. We kindly ask guests to review our policy carefully before booking.

Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot at the retreat. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment

Remaining balances are due 45 days prior to the retreat start date. If full payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be released.

Cancellations

More than 60 days before the retreat

Payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded minus any processing fees.

30–60 days before the retreat

50% of the total retreat balance is non-refundable.

Less than 30 days before the retreat

All payments are non-refundable due to accommodations, dining reservations, staffing, and experiences booked on your behalf.

Transferring Your Reservation

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another guest with prior written approval from Orange Blossom Retreats.

Retreat Cancellations by Orange Blossom Retreats

In the rare event that a retreat must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made to Orange Blossom Retreats. Please note that we are not responsible for airfare, travel expenses, or other costs incurred outside of your retreat reservation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, travel delays, illness, or emergencies.
